Can I send a third-party inspector to your factory?

Yes — encouraged. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and TÜV are all welcome. We coordinate the visit and provide all production documentation. For orders over $20,000, we cover the inspector's fees.

What if my customer reports a defect after 14 days?

Our 24-month warranty kicks in. We need the unit serial number and a brief defect description. We diagnose remotely first; if hardware replacement is needed, a new unit ships from California within 48 hours.

Why is your DOA rate so much lower than the industry?

Three reasons:

  1. Every finished unit goes through 8-24 hours of aging testing — catches 99% of early-life failures
  2. We use medical-grade components, not consumer-grade
  3. Final OQC sample of 5-10% of every shipment before sealing the container
Are your FDA 510(k) clearances transferable to my brand?

For OEM/ODM products under your brand, you'll need your own 510(k) — but our existing clearances dramatically speed up the process. We provide all manufacturing documentation, biocompatibility test results, and predicate device research you need for your submission.

Do you carry product liability insurance?
